Join The Shop and Beekeeper's Naturals during this 2 hour workshop to build your own bee hotel and help save the bees! Make your own or work with your kids to make one together.  Assemble your 8" x 12" bee hotel and drill holes of various sizes for the bees to rest in.  Once your hotel is built, give it a coat of paint and it's ready to hang in your backyard!

What is a bee hotel?  Bee hotels are a great way that you can help bees in your own backyard by providing solitary bees with a place to rest as well as lay eggs. Solitary bees, which make up 90% of the bee population, are smaller than honeybees and bumblebees and rarely sting. They are important pollinators and are at risk of losing their nests because of urbanization so  building a bee hotel for your backyard is a great way that you can help our buzzing friends!

Beekeeper's Naturals is a Canadian natural product company focused on sustainable and effective bee products and dedicated to raising awareness and funding to help save the bees! Co-Founders Carly and Daniel started the company less than a year ago and have already made a big impact in the community and across Canada raising awareness for the plight of the bees.
