In this one part workshop, you will make a platter using the slump molding technique and then learn how to use underglaze and etching techniques to add colour to your platter prior to the initial fire.  With traditional ceramics, coloured glaze is added to the items after the first firing (the bisque fire), but by using underglazes you will have the opportunity to create and add colour to your item in only one session!

All items will then be clear glazed and ready for pick-up 2 weeks following the workshop.

All materials included.

*Please note: all workshops are non-refundable.  Please make sure the date works with your schedule.*

**The Shop will do its best to make sure everything survives each kiln firing, however, sometimes things happen that are out of our control.  The Shop is not responsible for a piece cracking, breaking, blistering, exploding or any other type of unsatisfactory result**
